To sign up with one or multiple website maintenance plans, you can click the “Choose Plan” button for the plan you want to sign up for.

Once selected, you will be taken to the checkout page to make the purchase of your plan. Fill out the information to complete the checkout and create your account with us.

Once checkout is completed, we’ll send you a series of onboarding and introductory emails. The first email will inform you how to give our operations team secure access to your site(s). The following emails will also detail how to effectively ask for edits, the best screen capture tools, our progress with things like plugin updates and speed optimization, and other ways to get the most value out of your plan.

We use our own specially designed support ticket system for all plan customers in lieu of phone support. Our 24/7 team is highly responsive to any support tickets raised and having the issue detailed and recorded in writing makes it much easier for both you and us.
Yes, support tickets can be raised anytime 24/7. Critical issues flagged as high priority are looked into ASAP.
There is no limit on the number of support tickets you can submit. However, if any requests fall outside of the scope of your plan or the time it takes to make the changes you’ve requested is greater than any inclusive improvement time, we’ll raise a quote to let you know the cost of completing such work.

After you sign up with your website maintenance plans, you can securely share the website credentials you have created for us inside a reply to your welcome email just after you check out with all your login credentials. 

The onboarding email will ask you to use a self-destructing link to ensure our team are the only people who can receive your usernames and passwords.

For Business,Pro and Elite Plan customers we offer unlimited bug fixes for the life of your plan. Any fix to your current WordPress website is covered no matter how big or small.

No! We’ll work with any website regardless of where it’s hosted.

We understand that different websites have different needs and that people have realistic budgets that they have to meet. 

That being said, we may not be able to achieve your speed and security goals on a shared hosting provider. If you’d like to upgrade, we have a great list of recommendations and trusted hosting partners.

No problem! We can manage websites for you whether you’re running 1 or 10.

Our care plans each cover one single site, domain, subdomain or WordPress installation. If you have multiple sites as subdomains of a site (e.g. example.com and staging.example.com) they still count as separate sites. If you have 3 websites that you’d like us to manage, you’ll need 3 plans, one for each site.

You are more than welcome to choose different plans for each website depending on the needs of each individual site.

We’ve set up our pricing structure to stay pretty lean and with our global team, it just makes more sense to handle all our support through email.

While we don’t offer phone support, we’ve made customer service a huge priority here you’ll find our email support fast, effective and friendly!

Plan payments are collected automatically via PayPal’s recurring payment facility every 30 days. When you sign up to your plan, you have a choice to pay directly by debit/credit card or via your PayPal account.
